What age can my child start music lessons?

Children can begin as early as age 3. For violin and piano, ages 4 to 6 is ideal. We offer trial lessons to assess students’ readiness.

How long is each lesson?

Lessons typically last 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on the teacher’s recommendation.

How often are lessons held?

Usual classes are once a week. Exam prep or Intensive Program’ students may attend more frequently.

Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes, trial lessons are advisable and aim to assess interest, readiness, and fit with the teacher personality.

Can siblings or friends take lessons together?

Yes, we offer small group lessons or paired where appropriate, particularly for beginners.

Do you offer lessons for adults?

Absolutely! We welcome adult beginners and returners to Music alike.

Can lessons be done online?

Yes. We offer interactive and well structured Online Music Classes.

Curriculum & Exams

What curriculum do you follow?

We follow the ABRSM, Trinity College London syllabuses, with flexible tracks for exam and non-exam students, and Russian Classical Method for more advanced students.

Is it compulsory to take exams?

No. Exams are optional and tailored to student goals.

Do you prepare students for DSA or scholarships?

Yes. We offer specialised coaching for Direct School Admission (DSA) and music scholarships.

How are students assessed?

Through teacher evaluations, mock exams, and performance opportunities throughout the year.

Do you offer training for “O” Level Music?

Yes, we offer structured and personalised training for GCE “O” Level Music. Our program covers listening, analysis, performance, and composition components in line with the MOE syllabus. Students receive one-on-one coaching from experienced teachers, with support for coursework, exam preparation, and portfolio development.
